As you look back, did you use that power fairly? How do you know? Would you handle the situation the same way now, or differently?

Describe a specific situation where you helped someone solve a personal problem. What did this person learn from this situation? What did you learn?
What are your prejudices, and how do you compensate for them? After careful thought, list your known prejudices and biases, and what you can or must do to make sure they do not affect your work.
